About the Presenter:
Marleen Tobi is a Senior Associate with Civitas Strategies with over 30 years of dedicated experience in Early Care and Education. Marleen plays a key role in project advisement, resource development, coaching, content development, and implementation. Before joining Civitas Strategies, Marleen has held various leadership roles in the field ranging from an Executive Director over Head Start/Early Head Start, to a Program Director in home-based, ministry, and center-based environments. Throughout her career, Marleen has supported the success and financial stability of home-based childcare businesses, offering over a decade of training and technical assistance to licensed providers across several states. Marleen holds a master’s degree in early childhood education, specializing in birth through 3rd grade, and a bachelor’s degree in management and organizational development.

Registration Fee: $40
$30 scholarships available for FL Registered OR Licensed family child care provider members OR co-provider FFCCHA members.

In order to receive a Training Certificate, you must:
- Submit your payment online.
- Be present for the entire training session.
- Submit the registration form via mail or email it to: training@familychildcare.org. by January 20, 2025.
- Complete and submit an evaluation after the training.
