Simply respond to our email with the word “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line and we will remove you from our mailing list.
Terms and Conditions:
Please note that your credit card information will not be stored in any database anywhere. It will be securely transmitted electronically to only one person who will manually enter and process your registration fee. At that time, your credit card will be charged and processed through FFCCHA.
No refunds shall be offered for all payments made on-line or on-site or for registration cancellations or no-shows. However, a one-time replacement name is permitted with advance notification. All pre-conference and conference registration payments made on-line or on-site after the June 1st Early Bird Deadline will pay an additional $15 fee.
