Overview:

As a Hub Coordinator for the Florida Family Child Care Home Association, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our family child care community by building relationships with providers and facilitating networking and connections among each other and with the local community.  This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for family child care and a strong background in relationship building, networking and mentoring.

About the Position

The Hub Coordinator role is designed to strengthen our provider community by:

  • Building deep local relationships with family child care providers
  • Facilitating provider networking and support
  • Connecting providers with FFCCHA resources and benefits
  • Providing mentoring and support services
  • Partnering with local agencies to expand available resources
