September Advocacy in Power: Wednesday, September 30, 6:30–8:30 PM.

Training Title: LEADING FROM WITHIN – Discover Your Voice. Own Your Power. Lead With Purpose.

Training Description:

Leadership starts before the title, position, or recognition, it starts within. Leading From Within is an interactive leadership-development training designed to help participants recognize their strengths, develop confidence, understand their purpose, and become intentional about the impact they want to make.

Presenter: Tasheba Berry, FFCCHA Advocacy and Policy Manager,

With more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education, leadership, advocacy, and program development. Her experience spans multiple roles within the early childhood field, giving her a firsthand understanding of what it means to lead from different positions. Tasheba is passionate about helping early educators recognize the power of their voice, step confidently into leadership, and use their experiences to advocate for meaningful change.

Through Leading From Within, Tasheba encourages participants to see that leadership isn’t defined by a title; it begins with knowing who you are, discovering your voice, owning your power, and leading with purpose.
