Your Child Never Acts Right! “Understanding How to Recognize and Properly Address Mental Health and Illness in Young Children”       Mental illness does not just go away. Find out ways to identify potential signs that a child may be struggling with their mental health and/or may have an undiagnosed mental illness.  Learn how to de-escalate a situation involving a child who may be in a mental health crisis. Membership is open to all regulated family child care providers, assistants, substitutes, parents, advocates, agencies or businesses. All Membership (Aplicacíon de Membresía) levels have the following benefits: voting at our annual General Meeting, Ballot elections, a subscription to our newsletter, The Grapevine, and discount on conference registration fees.

Family Child Care Provider members will also be eligible to apply for scholarships for training, conference, and the Leadership Summit. FCC Providers who join through their local FFCCHA chapter will also be eligible to apply for Credential scholarships, including NAFCC accreditation.

See our newsletter, The Grapevine to find a local chapter nearest you. FFCCHA is a state affiliate of our national organization – National Association of Family Child Care (NAFCC). All FFCCHA members can join NAFCC through FFCCHA at a discounted rate.
