Overview:

As a Hub Coordinator for the Florida Family Child Care Home Association, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our family child care community by building relationships with FCC educators and facilitating networking and connections among each other and with the local community.  This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for family child care and a strong background in relationship building, networking and mentoring.

The Hub Coordinator role is designed to strengthen our provider community by:

  • Building deep local relationships with family child care educators
  • Facilitating provider networking and support
  • Connecting providers with FFCCHA resources and benefits
  • Providing mentoring and support services
  • Partnering with local agencies to expand available resources
