Descriptions for options are listed below and include FFCCHA membership.

  • Provider – A person who operates a Florida Licensed or Registered Family Child Care home
  • Co-Provider – A person who works 40 hours or more per month in a Licensed or Registered Family Child Care home.
    Note: Co-Providers must also submit a Co-Provider Verification Form certifying that they meet co-provider requirements.
  • Alumni – A former family child care provider member of FFCCHA (retired or changed profession)
  • Advocate – A non-FCC home provider or a substitute or employee who works less than 40 hours in the FCC home
  • Parent – A parent client from a FCC home.
  • Agency or Business – A business, agency, or corporation that wants to support the Family Child Care providers as early care educators.
