Display your child’s photo at the 2018 conference and/or the Capitol on Children’s Day!
FFCCHA needs assistance from parents of young children to support our annual statewide conference, “Enhancing Our Minds in 2018” in Clearwater Beach. The total $ amount of donations from parents and what they are able to sponsor collectively will be listed in the conference program book.
If your child’s photo or artwork is submitted along with donations, it will be displayed at the conference (See notes below).
Provider names from family child care homes that submit $25 or more in parent donations will be listed in the conference program book.
Assembly & Submittal Instructions
- Print out the Parent Sponsor form below in color or print in black and white on bright green, orange or yellow paper.
- Cut out the white heart in the middle of the hands. Place a photo of your child behind the hands, tape in place and fold on the dotted center line OR have your child color or decorate the heart.

Notes:
- Photos for $5 donation must be submitted by June 1.
- Two photos must be submitted for the $10 donation. Deadline for this submission is January 12.
