She provides tax preparation and advisory services for individuals and small businesses and offers training on business setup, internal controls, and QuickBooks support.
This session will break down the tax essentials child care educators need to stay organized, protect their income, and file with confidence. We will cover simple, real-world recordkeeping, common deductions, time-space percentage (and the mistakes that can cost you), and planning ahead for estimated and self-employment taxes. We will also talk about sustainability, including why paying yourself matters and how separating business and personal finances can keep your program strong long-term.
