Description:  Participants will explore how wealth and financial success is created in the childcare industry, gaining a deeper understanding of revenue streams and financial growth opportunities. They will learn strategies to increase enrollment numbers through effective marketing techniques and family engagement approaches that attract and retain clients.  Additionally, participants will develop skills to build a high-performing team and gain the tools needed to stay competitive and financially successful in today’s evolving childcare industry.
