Creating Magic: Leadership Building for Family Child Care Associations

FCCHA has many leaders on their board and within their membership, and understanding how each can support the growth of the organization will unlock the magical potential of FFCCHA. Join us for an interactive session on building leadership skills that will help both you and FFCCHA to grow. We’ll start with you: building your own leadership skills including building relationships, clear communication and uncovering the creative ideas of others. Then we’ll cover the aspirations of FFCCHA and how you can use the strategies to help FFCCHA achieve results. You’ll leave inspired and strengthened to become the type of leader FFCCHA needs to make a huge impact on family child care in Florida!
Scholarships available for Florida Licensed family child care providers that are FFCCHA members.
Notes:
- You must be present for the entire training session to receive a certificate.
- Deadline is March 28th to reserve a hotel.
- Deadline is April 22nd to register.
- Complete the evaluation form after the training.
